Greed
There’s an enduring legacy tied to the land.
Each ranch representing generations of unwavering dedication and relentless effort. These aren’t just parcels of dirt and grass; they embody the essence of life and time, where countless sacrifices have been buried into the very soil. The joys and sorrows, the triumphs and tribulations, all interwoven into the fabric of all generational ranches.
But now, in our modern day and age, a heartbreaking reality sets in. The very lands that stand as monuments to perseverance are being pulled away, often by the very people meant to preserve them. The greed of siblings and extended family casts a shadow over what should be a shared endeavor, a united front built on trust and respect. Each story of such loss is a sad reminder of how easily family bonds can fracture under the weight of self interest.
Watching these families, there’s an unspoken agony.
A silent scream of betrayal and despair.
The emotional toll is heart wrenching.
If only... if only I had millions to save these good people from this selfishness.
For the ranchers, every sunrise on their land marks another day of struggle, another day where hope flickers amidst the overwhelming presence of greed. Each blade of grass, each weathered barn and sun-bleached fence post, stands as a testament to years of hard work and it is now threatened by the onset of greed.
Ranchers and farmers posses the most obsolete trait of all - resilience. They continue to fight, holding onto the hope that understanding will ultimately prevail. Their strength, their unity in the face of adversity, is a pillar of inspiration for us all.
I ask of all of you, to pray. Pray for the ranchers and farmers in discontent.
Pray for the opposing individual who has been ravaged by the devil and tempted to greed.
Pray that the good Lord touches their heart and allows them to comprehend their actions.
